Wouldn’t want to subject this to too much force, though it’s pretty sturdy and does its job well, comfortable to hold - for a very reasonable price!Could you get a better carving fork? Yes, but it would cost significantly more. Very happy with the finish and quality to cost ratio here.

Well made carving fork
Really impressed with this carving fork for the price. It feels very solid, is well finished and looks far more expensive than it is. It looks like it is made from a single piece of metal with a riveted handle.I am no chef and have limited experience with carving meat, but for me this is an excellent addition to the kitchen.
