Released stored emotions.
I have actually never heard of the word somatic before. But this is very interesting. It gives step by step of what to do in the exercises. The biggest thing that attracts me to this book is how it says you can release stored emotions.

This book goes in to great detail on how to do the exercises and also has pictures to get you in the right position, It also gas a 28 day plan that relieves stress and helps with weight loss.

Very disappointing
1. The introduction: I was hoping for a more comprehensive explanation on what somatic exercises are. Instead there is a 3 pages, in large font, telling you to do the exercises. For instance, there is a paragraph that says somatic exercises manage negative emotions effectively by helping to let go of anger, despair and discouragement that might happen during your daily life activities. That's all it says.2. The low-res photos black and white photos showing the exercises are difficult to see and very poor quality.3. This is supposed to be a beginner book, but they have some exercises that, as a beginner, I wouldn't be able to do, such as the Open Up Plank where you start in a plank and then lift one arm up in the air. There is no option for those who aren't able to do the exercise.4. The size of this soft-covered book is about the size of a magazine, with less content.For the amount of money that was charged for this book, I feel very taken advantage of.

Very easy to follow
This book is great. It tells you what somatic exercises are and why they are useful. It also gives tips on how to use this book to get the most out of the exercises. Then it has lots not exercises and a 28 day plan, both which are easy to follow. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to start exercising but doesn't no now where to begin.

Super helpful book with great illustrations
It's a great book overall. The photos are clear and the explanations are easy to follow which I love. I appreciate that there are many exercises. Definitely a good buy.

The scam of an Amazon published ‘book’
Well, I’m very disappointed with the paperback. Yet again this is an Amazon published book that it has laced at the top of the results on the search list. It’s expensive for the bad quality of the finished publication. Really awful black and white photos, no thought to acrostics of the printed pages and errors in the text. Do not buy.Note to self when using Amazon again: 1)if you can’t see a stated publisher, it’s probably and Amazon on/ the- cheap job3) if there are reviews under 4 stars that it’s impossible to view, it’s probably Amazon hiding the scam that is their own publishing.
