Finish is perfect!
I can't be without a Swiss Army Knife so after my first sterling silver knife went missing, along with my car keys, I quickly search for a replacement.My first silver knife had a smooth polished surface, which took a real beating from all my metal keys. This knife, with it's textured surface, remains pristine even on my key chain!

Great 25th wedding anniversary gift!
I gave this to my husband for our 25th wedding anniversary. He loves it and carries it every day!It certainly meets the high expectations for Victorinox Swiss Army.

Nice looking knife but cheaply made - I am DISAPPOINTED
I have been a fan of the Victorinox knives for a long time now, and I ordered this one for myself as a potential keepsake item. It has a small area that I thought could be engraved (which I did have done with my initials), and I really liked the textured sterling silver scales on the sides. However, I am really disappointed that they go the way of other cheaply-made knives and attach the scales with glue, which no apparent mechanical fastener. I have carried this in my pocket a grand total of 3 times and the scale on one side came off - glue is still attached to the scale, but none remains on the body of the knife, because they didn't even create a rough surface for the glue to adhere to. It was in no way handled the slightest bit roughly - I am really upset about this and will probably never buy a Victorinox knife ever again, this was such an expensive item to be so cheaply made. I do NOT recommend buying this unless you are prepared to re-glue the scales back on. This should not be the situation for a very small knife that costs so much.

It is great, got it for the lady
It is great, got it for the lady. But I dinged it a star because she had to reglue the face on after a few months though she does carry it constantly and after reglue all has been well. (Gorilla super glue)
