Nice idea
I think these massage balls are a nice idea for helping my back. My wife liked them for her middle and lower back painThey’re easy to use and roll over. The little nubs help get into the muscle a bit. I was happy with the results and feeling from these

Nice little set of massage balls, but not perfect
Normally I use a large cylindrical roller on my back muscles, but I thought I'd try this set of balls. It has a lot of options, of varying usefulness. I still prefer my large roller for the larger muscles of my back - it cracks my spine like nothing else! These little balls don't really help with that, but are more useful for tight little muscles like in my glutes. The peanut shaped one works well on hams and glutes, as did the soft foam one, which also worked on smaller back and shoulder muscles. The tiny little balls I didn't find useful, and I'm not sure what the big spiky plastic ball is good for (feet? dryer ball?) The small ones are hard to control and just roll around on the ground without making it easy to hit the key pressure points. And then there's the suction cup one: I have no idea what that's for, except maybe to stick to the wall and work on our back - but it didn't stick well to any walls, even when I wet it (as instructed) and stuck it to the glass shower wall (it fell off in 3 seconds). I suspect it's a repurposed, ahem, adult entertainment device.I still love my large roller, but I could see the attraction of this set for 2 uses: getting into smaller muscles than the large roller can reach, and also for travel, where you don't want to bring the large roller but a small ball is ok.In conclusion: not a bad little set, esp. for the price. Useful for travel or reach small targeted muscles.

A lot of variety to target specific areas
Surprisingly dense material, very rigid. Most of the tools fair pretty well with providing deep tissue relief. But you also have varied density with a few of the other tools to treat more tender areas. I was skeptical about the foam ball, but pretty impressed that it still provides resistance and would likely have reasonable applications. A few things are worth mentioning, the big one, lack of instructions. You have to rely on the listing to get ideas on how to use the tools. Would have been nice to have a little insert to go over where and when they work the best. They are also pretty small (AA battery for scale,) making it a little difficult to reach all areas. The areas you can reach with your hands work great, but I get a lot of back pain. A little tough maneuvering the tools to reach my back on my own. The suction tool appears to adhere to surfaces at first, but I've found that it typically lasts only a few minutes before falling off under its own weight. The storage bag is lacking. It's a cross between the packaging you throw away after getting the item and one that you keep for storage (the drawstring helps). But it's only a slightly thicker plastic and as you can tell, the spike ball is already making an impression on the bag. Ok in the price department.

Two very different massage balls
These two massagers have completely different density - one is a very dense rubber and the other a very dense foam. The dense rubber one is so hard I thought it was a bouncy ball, it's extremely heavy as well. These work great for massages and provide lots of relief, but just keep in mind that they are two very different densities.
