Really well made, very good quality and it certainly helps with my lower back pain- it gives support and warmth.Bet just wish they would have a black colour - I would buy one more just to have black.Highly recommended!

Easy to put on and adjust. Gives lower back support, but not comfortable for sitting for any length of time. Dislike lime green colour and will be hot in summer.

I bought this belt in particular because of the far-infred heat.I use it 3-4 times a day lying down with heat on, the heat feels so nice on my back, and helps me relax on a night before sleeping.I use the heat on bare skin on the highest temperature and for me its perfect, might not be the same for others.I've had radicular pain down my leg for 5 months now due to bulging disc, if anyone else is suffering the same then I would recommend this belt for heat therapy.The only down side is it takes up 3 hours to fully charge.I've tried to use it as a support belt to do housework, not sure how well it worked as leg pain was severe so didn't get to use it for long for that purpose.

Well I didn’t think it would but it works, my husband hasn’t moaned once his back hurts since putting it on. So to me it’s worth its weight in gold. On a more serious not it fits perfect and is well made.

Fantastic bit of kit, great support, true to size, a real improvement on my old belt. This support is really comfortable and I wear mine under a polo shirt so hardly noticeable. I would say it’s definitely worth trying and would recommend this seller as the price was good and fast delivery. A month in and the stitching has come apart on the main connecting Velcro, so hasn’t lasted well.

Helps when waliking

I was very impressed with this back support, it's comfortable and very supportive. I really like the fact you have the side bits to get the tightness you want. I've had problems with my back for years, one of my disc's is sticking out so it touches the nerve in my spine when the nerve swells or I've had my back bent for too long. As an active 36 year old it's honestly (and quite literally due to sciatica) a pain in the arse.I'd been on my boyfriends motorbike recently and was in agony with my back after, the whole ride I was in pain and suffered for hours after we got home. I couldn't actually put enough weight on my left leg to get off the bike (the left side suffers when my back kicks off) and we were only on it 40 mins with an hours break in the middle.We were due to go to the Motogp which would be over 2hrs on the back of the bike each way, I was really nervous and seriously thought I wouldn't be able to get off the bike let alone walk after the journey. I looked into back supports and found this and I'm so glad I did.I had absolutely no pain whatsoever on the way there and was fine when I got off the bike, maybe a tiny bit achy but what do you expect. I was so relieved and couldn't believe it had worked so well (I did take 2 nurofen plus before we left as well for transparency but with those alone I would have been in so much pain)The ride home was a bit uncomfortable but even then it wasn't anywhere near as bad as I was expecting.Long story short, it's a really good back brace, good quality and strong materials. I love the fact you can adjust the tightness of it.I'll continue to wear it more often in situations where I know my back will be a problem.

This is the best back brace that I've used so far. Most are too narrow and tend to roll. This is a very solid and comfortable design. I have osteoarthritis in my lower spine and this brace alleviates most of the pain.I wear it whenever I need to lift anything or if I'll be on my feet for a long time. Also, just for relief, it works very well.Highly recommend. It's very form fitting, so follow the measurement instructions.

Optisch wie haptisch eine sehr gute Rückenbandage. Die Qualität ist auch sehr gut, der Stützeffet durch die Streben ordentlich.Allerdings wie vieles was sich dehnen lässt, es wird länger auch ungedehnt. Ich muss es nach einiger Anwendung schon DEUTLICH weiter zuziehen, als am Anfang. Noch ist es gerade so o.k. Viel mehr "ausleiern" darf es aber nicht.Zum Angebotspreis eine Empfehlung wert, nicht aber zum UVP wie ich meine.Im Moment reicht es noch gerade so für 5 Sterne. Mit den Erfahrungen die ich nun gemacht habe, würde ich es vielleicht wahrscheinlich möglicherweise eine Nummer kleiner kaufen, obwohl diese offiziell fast zu kurz wäre. Mit dem Zugewinn den ich bei der großen Variante habe, müsste die kleinere dann aber perfekt passen-Jetzt begnüge ich mich aber mit der bereits bestellten und beobachte die weitere Entwicklung.
