Sram Road Hoods for Doubletap Levers Hood Pair (One Pair)

I got this product as a replacement for my 2014 Force 22 shifters, but they don't fit quite as snug as the original. They're just marginally too loose around the lever. The end result is that they don't look perfectly straight.However, functionally they are great. They're comfortable. They cover the inner working of the lever fine. Even though they're not a prefect fit, they fit well enough that there is no need to adjust them once they're on.They've held up well over long cycle tours and many months of being outside. Solid product.

They fit perfectly on my Sram Apex - Infact, they're identical! but they do not look like the ones in this picture, the picture is wrong! - Google sram apex, look at those hoods, they're plain all round. Good though, quite pricey.

I have Sram Red from 2008 and these hoods fit perfectly. Initially bought some hoods described as Red/Red 22 but the hoods are completely different shapes. If you have Sram Red 10 speed then these are the hoods for you

Slightly smaller than the old ones but work perfectly well. Amazon was the best price and fastest delivery.

Beware the images for this product are wrong... the images are of the post2012 13A hoods (Part No 00.7918.010.000) which have a grid texture on the backUnfortunately what I received were the 10A (Part No 00.7915.042.000) hoods which are pre2012 model and subtly different

Replacing a 2012 pair of hoods which were ripped and dirty. They do pull on with a bit of a struggle but end result looks great and is a good fit.

They don't fit Force 22 very well - much better off going for the specific SRAM Red Hoods which have the matching grip pattern - these are plain
