Dont know if I'd use it as a motorcycle exhaust, the pipes pretty thin and flimsy, a diesel heater exhaust doesn't produce the vibrations and noise a motorcycle motor would make, that's just my opinion.

Q: Will this work as an exhaust extension for a 7500 Westinghouse generator?

Can't say for certain if it will fit out of the bag, but the walls are thin enough that I was able to easily expand it the extra 1/16" needed to fit on my DuroMax 13000. I am sure there are other options, but I just used a piece of wood that was cut so that it was the same diameter as the roughly 1" exhaust "nub" that stuck out on the gen, and put a point on it, then gently twisted it into the end of the pipe until I had an inch of expanded tubing. it fit perfectly after that, and the clamp keeps it in place with no issue.

I cut mine with a metal cutting blade installed on an angle grinder. Also used a pair of tin snips on the ends. Need a to file the edge when finished because of the sharp edge.
