Use the roller every day as part of my yoga.It’s great for back exercises and I’m glad I opted for the larger size . Great colour too !Helps with any back issues and any nightly pains. Is durable and sturdy.Use for stretching - great purchase.

Love the length of this. I can do both my legs and glutes at the same time, on the shorter ones I have to do one side and then the other. The resistance is perfection; not too hard and not too soft. The price is also very reasonable. I find a LOT of these are well over priced. I was concerned that my weight might be an issue (I don’t live on celery juice) but it’s sturdy and robust. Great purchase.

Really useful for doing stretches and strengthening exercises. Good quality firm piece of foam that can support my weight in different positions. I am nearly 11 stone. Would definitely recommend.

Felt a bit hard on my spine when I first started, but later found out that was only because I had so much inflammation. These are better than the shorter ones as you can use to do exercises along the full length of the back.Easy to find Youtube videos from chiropractors to fix various problems using this roll.Pros: firm enough to manipulate the bones and muscles and help to release stiff joints.Cons: I could find any!Was skeptical at first, but Really pleased on how this has helped me gain range of movement in my back, shoulder and neck!
