Gusspfanne kann ich empfehlen, sobald der Boden heiß 🔥wird ,drehe den Herd auf niedrigste stufe man kann strom sparen, hat 24 cm Durchmesser, mit dem Griff kann man auch in den Backofen schieben, leicht pflegeleicht.. Ich habe alle meine Teflon weggeschmissen

Bin sehr zufrieden.
Bratvorgang geht sehr schnell, es bleibt nichts hängen. Hätte ich gewusst, wie toll die Pfanne brät, hätte ich schon eher eine gekauft!!!
