Magnesium pills, they run very large and you're supposed to take 4 at a time and because they are large, I only take 2 at a time

I have been using Magnesium Glycinate for sleep, and all of the other benefits, for a couple of years, and it has been so helpful! Back in September I decided to try a more affordable brand than the one I was previously using, and suddenly I had terrible insomnia every single night for a month. I assumed it was because I had just moved in with my mom, and maybe it was stressing me out? It wasn't until I was reordering that I noticed that though the company advertised 400mg, the actual serving was only 75mg! Totally explains why the insomnia came back. Thankfully I quickly found this brand, which actually gives you the amount advertised, and since day one it has helped me very much regarding staying asleep, or quickly falling back to sleep if I do wake up. I will be sticking with this brand!
