Mixed Feelings. Comfortable, but rough & too few beads.
Good, comfortable wrist rest, and very suitable for a Vertical mouse. (Probably better so than for a standard mouse, which is rare).I find the size fine, not sure what others were expecting with this one, it is a MOUSE wrist rest.It skids slightly, but not too much. Enough for you to move it around when you want to, but doesn't skate allover the place when you don't.HOWEVER, two major complaints:1. NOT ENOUGH BEADS! As someone else mentioned, it seems they're cost-cutting somewhere. This thing could do with another 20% more beads. As the pictures show, your wrist REALLY dents it when you rest on it. I certainly wouldn't advise using it as an elbow wrest either, as a simple poke with a finger will go all the way through the bag, to the point you can feel your desk underneath. Around 20% more beads would still leave some "give" but leave it firm enough to provide adequate support. At the mo this is lacking, as most of the beads just get pushed out of the way, leaving your wrist to sink lower than it should and providing less support.2. Rough material. The 92% Cotton leaves it a bit rough on the bottom of the wrist (especially for someone with sensitive skin, like me). I'd advise adding some Viscose in there to make it smoother & silkier.I've messaged the manufacturer with the above two points, as I feel it spoils what otherwise would be a great wrist rest, and one of the few that's comfortable with a vertical mouse.EDIT: I've uploaded another pic (the one with the tape measure) that shows the shape I've had to fold it to (~11cm) keep enough beads in one place to give adequate firmness.EDIT 2: The manufacturer has confirmed the reduction in size & beads by 30% was an INTENTIONAL change. They were getting complaints before about it being too firm, but it seems they went too far. Damned if they do, damned if they don't. Have uploaded a pic showing how I'm using a sandwich bag clip to keep enough beads in place to give it adequate firmness for a vertical mouse. Other than that and the material being a bit rough, it's good.

Great cushion but badly made, leaks beads
I have bought many of these cushions over the past 10 years and I love them BUT they are badly made. I use one under each elbow on my desk when I use my computer. Without them, I get a painful swelling called Student's Elbow (look it up!) and these cushions completely prevent it. So I love them. BUT after just 2-3 months of use, the stitching starts to unravel and they start leaking little white plastic beads. You need to stitch them closed again with a needle and thread, or they will lose all the beads and go flat and stop working. For this price, I would expect them to be better made. But I don't know of any similar alternative products so I keep stitching them and buying more when they wear out...

Amazing customer service
So initially received the wrong product from the 3rd party, but on contact they were quick to resolve and I received the correct product within days. I ended up buying the product that was sent in error anyway. The actual wrist support is generally fine, but I think it's designed more to go on top of a desk surface with the anti-slip bottom layer - I have it sitting on a large mouse/keyboard mat so it inevitably ends up sliding around, but that's not a fault of the actual product. I high;y recommend this and the whole ergo support line for those who think they can benefit from the ergo support offered.

Less product than the original version...
I bought a second one of these for work as I already have one from a few years ago at home.It is noticeably smaller than the original, after weighing the product on my small scales it comes in at 20 grams less in weight. So I feel like the company is cutting corners on the original product quality yet still charging the same premium price for a small bean bag.

Pathetic and not fit for purpose - don't both buying ...
Absolute joke. Photo makes it look twice as big as mouse and a sensible size. In reality its smaller than the mouse. Pathetic and not fit for purpose - don't both buying this. You'll spend more time trying to actually find the pad than gaining any relief from it.
