Crank Adjustable Height Sit to Stand Up Desk (Charcoal Frame/Gloss White Top, Desk Length: 120cm)

OMG what can I say. I have recently moved into a new flat, so I wanted somewhere for my laptop and other devices, as well as for dining. I was delighted to find this lovely sit stand desk. It is bright shiny white, very attractive, very sturdy, and can be moved around wherever you want as it is on castors. It cranks up to a highish level so you can stand and do FB or read newspaper, or write, or whatever, which was a VERY important thing for me, as we spend way too much time sitting down. It can be cranked down to normal table level, but as I have some lovely white bar stools to go with this, it never seems to get that low.To protect the surface from scratches I have a table protector which is heat resistant, and it stays covered generally, and is used as a large desk. If I have people over for a meal then I cover that with table cloth. If I really want to show off this lovely table/desk, I will remove the covers, and put a colourful vase of flowers in the middle.............and it looks stunning!This is by far the most important item in my flat that I would NOT want to do without. I am 71, and am determined not to age by sitting around. This was amazing value for money.

This is a brilliant desk. Fabulous quality for the money- really sturdy and BEAUTIFUL.I only have two CONS....1 is nothing to do with the product but is a frustrating aspect of the purchasing process- TNT delivery - they were utterly rubbish - took three attempts to get it despite me booking a delivery day online2 is the fabulous gloss white desk top I have chosen. Believe me it is so beautiful BUT my cordless mouse doesn't work on it (I think another user reported this), so I have to cover the surface which kind of ruins the look. I could use a mouse mat. However, that's a bit of a design issue as I'm sure this desk is ordered by a lot of people who want it as a computer desk.Having said that, I'm not disappointed. It's great. Easy to assemble and you just feel the quality when you are putting it together.It cranks up and down nicely and doesn't feel like it is struggling at all - I think that is because the crank handle is at the side and cranks in line with the crank bar mechanism without having to make a 90 degree turn if the handle was at the front of the desk like a lot of models. The handle is also really good quality.My advice- just buy one? I have the charcoal base and white top and it looks the part!Post script- I have found out that I can buy a mouse that works on highly polished surfaces / glass - so I will get one of those and then I can reveal again my lovely glossy desktop.... so really only the delivery that was an issue..... :))some time later - have a Logitech mouse now that works brilliantly on the gloss surface so no need to cover up its beauty now.I'm totally thrilled with this desk- it's a beautiful thing and it works! I'm speechless, it is so good. Best item I've ever bought on Amazon and I've bought a LOT! :)

The crank case spindle was a bit fiddly at first, but I was pleasantly surprised how smooth and quiet its action was when raising and lowering the table-top.I'm an old diesel fitter, so putting stuff together isn't really a challenge. The only thing that worries me is finding a cross-threaded hole, which I didn't, thank God. The instructions weren't great, so I just made doubly sure to lay the bigger parts out on a large piece of cardboard and the small stuff like bolts on tabletop before starting. Also, making sure that each threaded Allen key type bolt screws in smoothly before also laying them down in their respective positions before making a start.The trouble is, this thing is quite heavy and you may need to find something else to rest the table legs against while you 'bridge' the crank case into position. ;)

Firstly - I love this desk but there are a few things I would like to have known ahead of time - so if you are considering a purchase - this is for you:1) don't be concerned about sturdiness. This thing is built like a tank - as a result it weighs a tonne!2) my desk arrived in 2 separate parcels on 2 separate waggons an hour appaet - don't panic if u only receive half a desk at first!3) The desk comes with casters and feet. With the castor fitted and the desk in the lowest position the desk is still a little too high for me at 83 cm.4) regardless of the description - the desk top is not wood. It is formic a that looks like wood - and easier to care for as a result.

Very good quality, solid construction and easy to assemble. Good surface and can't really fault it other than there being no where to keep cables and power packs out of the way. Got an ikea shelf and two metal brackets and made my own tray at the back for a power board to go into and it's working nicely. The holes exist already but you have to bolt them in while the centre supporting unit is disassembled obviously. Nice little hack for a great desk.

I needed a desk on braked wheels so I could move it around the office as needed. It seemed as though the choices lay between a tilt top portable desk or something like this, and for the small amount of extra money, this sit to stand desk was a no-brainer. It ticks all the boxes for mobility, sturdiness and construction and the ability to use it in either the sitting or standing position is something we'll definitely take advantage of. Ten out of ten for this product.

When first looking for a new desk I wasn’t fully sure this was the desk I needed. I have a lot of computer equipment which includes two large monitors, a desktop computer, a work laptop and an assortment of books and other equipment. Once I built the desk, which I did on my own but would advice to get another to help if possible, and got everything set up, it ended up being exactly what I needed. Takes the weight of equipment easily, doesn’t take long to crank up with relative ease, plenty of leg space and looks really nice in the room. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic product needed for home as I have a stand fest at work and was in agony did not want to but am electric one in case it broke down, this is stylish and came so quickly in current climate excellent customer service would highly recommend than you 👍
