Waist of money and time
don't waist your time and money. It's my 2nd replacement 1st one is all scratched up and works for only couple minutes and stops working send that back and got this one today all broken inside.can hear it even before opening up the outer cardboard box.

New Old Stock (or USED)!
I purchased one of the waterproof versions (Big Max, model 800-1900-0), and the one I received looked as if it was previously used. It was all scratched and scuffed up.I exchanged it for a second one, and it TOO was the same... it looked like it was used as well.BE AWARE: These models are either used, NOS, factory rejects, or factory refurbished. The manufacturer date printed on the two spotlights was from the mid 90's.That being said, they both did function well, and if you're looking for an older model Q-beam that is made in the USA, these are your only choice.

Product lasted 1 week then began smelling like burned wires. Then the on/off switch disengaged from the light. Not a safe product. Could have caught fire while using..
