Fantasic Find !!!
What a find! I must have looked at dozens of different boards before finding this one, and none were as perfect as this TOPCHEF board. First of all, it's end grain walnut and many of the similar boards I looked at, especially on Etsy, sold for anywhere from double the price of this one in to hundreds of dollars. And yet, none had all the features found here. Yes, many had a juice groove, but for handles they just had a slot cut into the ends. And those slots didn't look like they be very friendly on my fingers. The undercut handles on this one are so much better in my view. And the size is great. I bought mine mainly for carrying meat in from the grill and carving roasts. But if I didn't already have a larger board that we keep next to the stove top, I wouldn't hesitate to go with 16x12 for an everyday prep station. Yet it's not too big for my intended purpose. And while it is a little on the heavy side, I prefer that 1.5" thickness to any of the thinner boards I looked at. For one, it's those undercut handles I already mentioned. They really cannot be beat for carrying. And it stays good and sturdy on its rubber feet on the counter. So, we've got price, material, and design so far. Now add to that fantastic quality. It is really well made. And I like that the individual rectangular blocks are laid out essentially like subway tiles. That is, staggered so they overlap blocks on rows on either side. To me, that seems more secure than those that are square blocks laid out like a checkerboard. I should also mention the packaging, which is superb and makes these very "gift-able".I noticed one bad review complained about knife marks showing. End grain boards are superior to edge grain precisely because they're self healing. But ya' gotta' give 'em some help! And that means seasoning them with food grade mineral oil. (there are many brands sold here as cutting board oil). Many manufacturers recommend three treatments before using a new board, with an overnight rest between them to let the oil soak in. After that, periodic oiling will keep your board looking good and performing like it should - like every 6-months or whenever it starts looking dried out. (note: the photo I attached is right after the first oiling)The board comes with a small tine of bee's wax. That's to be used as a top-coat after oiling, not in lieu of the oil. On my other boards I use Boos board cream for the top-coat (also Boos oil). But this one is so smooth, and the wax is included, so I'll give it a try.TL;DR: Buy it! You simply will not find a better made and better designed end grain walnut cutting board. And certainly not anywhere near this price.

Cutting Board
Nice wood , not warped. Recommend it. Good value. Almost bought a higher priced one only smaller by 1 inch. I think this will last a long time.

Fantastic Cutting Boatd
I'm only giving 4 stars because the user guide at the provided link is unreadable on a smartphone. The text is pixilated beyond readability. I'd happily give the product 5 stars if the user guide is made readable.Aside from that glaring issue, the cutting board is beautiful. I can't wait to put it to use.
