My only issue with it, it's heavy. Yes, yes, cast iron is heavy, but heavier then I thought and you cook a full pot...you need extra muscles. But I love it!!, my dishes came out awesome, it cooks well, cleaned very easy, best pot I have ever purchased. And I love the color.

I have numerous LeCrueset skillets and casseroles. Not up to that quality but for a 1/3 the price it works quite well.

Works best on gas cooktops
We cooked some Texas beef chili (no beans) in this for 4 1/2 hrs. and it held the heat and had great flavor.Chuey

Slow cooked pork shanks, they were fantastic. Pan is versatile, just a little heavy.

Great quality, colour even better in person.
I ordered the teal and it is a deeper, richer colour in person. It is really beautiful. The quality is great, the food doesn’t stick, all with the even heat of cast iron. I am pleased with this purchase, and it was delivered quickly in quality packaging that would be great for gifting as well. I can’t believe I sat on the fence for so long to buy it. This will be a “go to” pan for me. Highly recommend.

Sehr zufrieden
Die Schmor- und Brauteigenschaften sind super. Auch reinigen lässt sich der Topf prima. Einziger Nachteil ist das doch recht hohe Gewicht sowie dass auch Deckel und Griffe extrem heiß werden. Ohne Topfhandschuhe nicht anzufassen. Dennoch bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Excellent saute pan
Great saute pan; cooks evenly on the hob, can be transferred to oven and looks lovely on the table. Seller was very helpful in resolving an issue with another item we purchased. Would highly recommend.

Every kitchen needs one
I'm a big fan of one pot cooking. It's usually delicious, cosy food which always has leftovers. The construction gives you even heat for the best results. These pans will be around for decades. I love the splash of colour it brings to my cooking, whilst cleaning is a breeze. I find the 3.75 QT very versatile with good sized handles to keep things steady lifting in and out of the oven. Possibly the only one you'll need to buy, ever.
