Pretty basic in function and includes almost everything you need.
Unfortunately, I had a need for a crack monitor and this was one of the cheaper units available. It includes everything you need to mount this to most surfaces. I also used some all weather construction adhesive under it so that I could be sure neither side moved from its install location. Not much else to say really, it's cheap and does its job.

Great for basement cracks
When I moved into my house I had a dime-thick crack running along the basement wall. The inspector advised me to place a monitor on it before I paid some one $10K to fix it. After a year I'm glad to say with this devices help the crack hasn't budged and I've saved a big chunk of money. This is great for peace of mind and I highly recommend it.
