Love this set. It looks absolutely gorgeous and is a delight to play chess with.The after sale customer service was excellent. We did have a small issue, and the support team quickly rectified it to our great satisfaction with a replacement piece.Amazing quality and amazing support.

Great chess set with character. Board and pieces are very solid and look great. Pieces are what mainly attracted me - handmade and high quality. The red marble and coral pairs well with medium to dark woods/stains. For those wondering, the logo that may appear in pictures on the board is just a sticker that comes off clean and easy. No residue or anything.Support is good. My set didn't come with the felt bottoms on pieces, so I followed up with their customer service. They quickly offered a link to felt bottoms, and initiated a partial refund to cover costs.

A bag of circular felts comes with the set, and you'll want to apply those to the bottom of the chess pieces before using them to help avoid scratching the marble board.Review:This is a nice, elegant chess set with uniquely carved pieces. The board and pieces are heavy, a testament to the high quality. There’s no cheap plastic here!My biggest disappointment with this chess set was the storage box that came with it. The holder areas are not custom-made; therefore, you get an odd fit for some pieces. In addition, on the very first day, one side of the handle broke! The two screws just popped off when I picked it up, causing the case to fall! I had to do some repairs (that involved super glue) to get it back together. I highly recommend that the company return to the drawing board with the storage box and create something worthy of what’s inside.

First, let me begin with the packaging it comes so well packed. It was like getting into Fort Knox to unpack everything which is great because they protected this chess set which is definitely high-quality. It’s heavy, well-made the pieces of fashionable I’ve never seen pieces like these they are definitely different, the carrying case is Madewell if you can actually take it on the road with you I definitely thing to the quality of this chai said that is worth the price for this reason I highly recommend this purchase

This chess set is very impressive. Very heavy, beautiful colors, and I love how you can see the seashells in the coral. The marble is a beautiful rich deep red color. The pieces are a good weight, and the underside of the chess board has felt to protect your table surface.It was packaged well and came without a scratch. I did notice one of the bishops was missing his eyes, but this does make it feel even more handmade.I am not impressed with the carrying case. You can see where they wiped it with a cleaner that left a white residue. The felt part inside where the pieces are supposed to go seemed dirty, and also had bits of glue smeared around. Just looks messy and not very high quality. I would prefer to have a nice carrying case if I am going to spend this much on a chess set.However, overall I would still recommend. The chess set itself is high quality and so much fun to play with and use as a decorative piece.
