When you get them, they are vacuum sealed in a bag. They’re so compressed it had me worried as they were too thin and not the size I purchased. Just stick them in the dryer for 10-15 mins on low and they come back to life!

The very properties that make this item able to protect your fragile items is what makes it hard to cut cleanly--even with a brand new snap-off blade knife followed up by scissors. This foam is much softer than the padding found in Haliburton cases a generation ago. I tried the old trick of putting the foam in the freezer to make it easier to cut and that was totally ineffective. If you aren't particular about clean cuts this will still do the job for which it was designed. I don't have access to a laser cutter which might work.The only way you can mark your cuts (short of tracing items as shown in the video) is to use sewing pins. I couldn't get any kind of white pencil or chalk (including tailor's chalk) to mark it.I tested this out to see if it could be used as a foam base for needle felting and I think it could although the tool sinks to the table surface. I think I'd place it under whatever foam or felt piece designed to use for that craft for extra protection for the tool and your tabletop.

I like these foam sheets because they protect my product as I transport it. This allows me to pack and repack my products tightly into my bins and my product is safe. The foam is easy to cut to shape, and bend and squeeze while still remaining strong. I will recommend this to anyone who is looking for protecting their items.

Good foam but not cut very straight I was going to tape 4 of them to each other to make a bigger one

This foam is decent. Each sheet is a good size and thickness. It is a little difficult to get a clean cut edge on it but I don't mind that. I also wish it was a little firmer, but it still will add a nice protective layer on what you use it for.

The media could not be loaded. The items purchased are different from what is shown on the web page. The material is very soft and not very hard. If you pressed it hard it compressed easily,Not recommended if you require it for support and protecting items
