Do not waste your time on purchasing this skirt. I'm 5'11. I ordered a 3X. I received a skirt that would fit my 7 yro granddaughter. No, this skirt is NOT long at all.

HI,it is thick dress,maybe little slight see through.

Q: Is the print called "navy blue" shiny/have a sheen? It looks like it, but other versions don't have sheen.

It's called Navy Blue and does have a little sheen.

Q: Is the waist the same for each size?

It is elastic and didnt notice much of a difference.
