I love the length to keep my knuckles out of tje window of the pizza oven. The coupling joining the two half's of the handle was a little wiggly so I wrapped a bit of electrical tape around the coupling and the solved that. The screws are turned into very good threads so you can get them nice and tight with the supplied allen wrench. Slide silicone sleeve over the coupling screws for a very clean look. Let's make PIZZA!!!! wash all the parts before you use this, just saying.

No more placing your arm too far into the pizza oven. This tool provides a quick spin and turn to prevent the sides of the crust from burning.

This is my first time using a metal long-handled pizza peel. I have been upping my culinary experiences by investing in better tools and equipment.The one my family is happiest about is pizza. Though we enjoy a take out order every so often it’s just so expensive now that it’s tastier and healthier to make our own.This pizza peel is fairly straight forward to assemble and requires the provided Allen key.It is easy to clean and I really do like the length and how it keeps me from getting too close (and inadvertently burning the tender skin on my inner forearm, ask me how I know.)I do wish this was collapsible for easier storage but for my first pizza peel I am quite satisfied. 👍🏻

Cette pelle à pizza est légère, elle se manie très bien. Son long manche permet une tenue solide , j’arrive à tourner mes pizzas 🍕 très facilement pour une meilleure réussite à ne pas brûler mes pizzas.

This pizza turner is small and flimsy.The handle is long and comfortable to hold. That’s the only real positive to me.This isn’t sturdy enough to hold an 8” pizza without feeling like the pizza’s gonna fall off. I don’t even think it would hold a 6” pizza securely, but I haven’t tried it.In order to assemble it, you have to use the included allen key to loosen three screws, attach the bottom of the handle to the pan and screw two screws in, then attach the top half of the handle into the bottom section of the handle and tighten one screw.In order to disassemble it, you have to unscrew it. It cannot be folded.The material of the pan is a metal that would definitely scratch baking pans. I have a pizza stone, so this was good for turning the pizza on the stone, which is why I gave it 2 stars.
