Just tried them out.....made peanut butter cookies...tasted like chocolate chips. Very pleased with this brand. Yep, I'm sold. I'm diabetic so everything I digest has had a lot of thought and research. These little nibs are a find. "SCORE!"

Add cinnamon sticks, red pepper flakes and/or vanilla beans and make your own signature beverage that'll wow anyone who is lucky enough to share it with you.Great quality nibs and love the fact that they're organic.

I compare these to chunkier ground coffee beans in texture with some of that bitter finish. They are not chocolate and they will not melt. However, they are wonderful in breads, granola bars, oatmeal, energy bites etc. I did not place them in cookies but when combined with other ingredients they could fool you for the dark chocolate bitterness.

I just didnt like the taste. Not their fault im just not a huge fan. I just put mine in shakes to hide the bitterness.

I bought this to mix it into my morning smoothie and it's amazing! I love how it adds nice chocolaty flavor to my smoothie! Definitely going to make my next purchase when I finish this bag!

Love these nibs. Ordered three bags. I use them with plain greek yogurt. Two spoons of nibs and peanut butter. Fiber, protein, some carbs, and a good amount of fat.

Just finished another package of Herbazest’s cacao nibs. I’m hooked! I add them to everything from my homemade granola on my oatmeal in the morning to my protein smoothies.

These nibs tasted horrible! I wish I could return them but that is not allowed. I cannot recommend these to anyone who is expecting them to taste like chocolate. I can’t get the terrible taste out of my mouth!
