I have to say, this review is more about the company than the actual product. I have had this tablet holder for over a month. It worked great at first, but after moving the swivel part more often (I used this for my stationary bike but also liked to swivel it to the side to do floor workouts as well), I was having retighten the part that held the holder to the bike. Eventually the plastic snapped. I called Amazon to see what could be done, but was told that I needed to contact Tackform. Usually, being told this, I'm not too enthusiastic at this point. I contacted their customer service to see if I could get a replacement clamp, and let me tell you...Freaking AWESOME customer service! Not only did they send me a replacement clamp, they even sent me the strap clamp from their other model to see which one I liked better (the strap one in case your wondering because it fits my bike better), no questions asked...for free. I even got the clamps in 2 days and I didn't even pay shipping. I totally recommend purchasing from this company...but I'd check out both clamp styles to see which one is better suited for you.

The product is exactly what I needed. It came with multiple clamp sizes and fit my Samsung Tab S3 with a thick case perfectly. During installation, while tightening the ball joint, I slipped and over-tightened it, damaging one piece. Nick, TackForm's Sales Rep, was super helpful on the phone, and I was able to order a replacement easily. Its a great product, and the company has superior customer service. Highly recommended and will do business with them again.

This would have been great if it was expandable and could fit almost anything within the guidelines of the holder. But it does not! Would not recommend!

Comments:This is a great product for what it is. If you are looking for an affordable tablet mount for indoor cycling this one works great. The only issue is that the ball and socket joint doesn’t get tight enough to hold the iPad solid. I would imagine that the specs/demensions are off by just a bit. Overall the product does just what I ordered it for, to hold my iPad during my indoor winter training.

I use this to mount my tablet to my bike when riding on the trainer. Very easy to install and remove, and much easier to reach than a pedestal-mounted tablet.

This is awesome. I watch a show or part of a movie while I work out. It was easy to install. Its sturdy, I'm not afraid it will fall if I bump into it.

I'm very pleased with this purchase. It holds my iPad, iPhone or my Galaxy very well. This is for indoor use only and would not work well (or at all) if used for out door rides.

My wife uses this to hold her kindle fire. It is easy to assemble, adjustable and holds on tight. Great for a stationary bike
