The charger cable introduced a loud noise, making the device unusable. It may simply be a defective unit, but I have heard nothing from Amazon about return or exchange. It is now May 6 and still no word from Amazon. So I ordered it again—bad idea—and received a similar adapter that connects two pairs of headphones, but not a microphone! I wonder if Amazon really wants my business. These ARE small parts, but they are essential to the podcast working!

we tried several ways to input external sound to an ipad remotely from a mixing board. this finally did the trick, allowing us to connect our external personal ear monitor to the ipad. it works perfectly now.

I wanted this to work so badly, but I don't have a sound board and the microphone jack doesn't work if you plug the mic in directly to the port. What? I have a standard Movo mic and used the correct cord, but it just won't connect. Bummer bc I really needed something like this.

The mic input was not clean. The voice was unclear with a lot of noise. This was not distortion or interference. It was not cleanly interfacing with the ipad. Could have just been the one I received.

I lost my headphones that go with my newer iPhone a while ago, and honestly this has been a lifesaver. I can use any AUX cord with my phone again, as well as other kinds of cables.
