My review is based on value. I boughts to replace a $250 single lapel wireless mic I had purchased for my then GoPro in 2012 (mic batteries now defunct). Sound is even better and probably similar to the iPhone native mic. Much more compact than old lav mike. It a mono system, if both mikes are used, they are mushed into a mono channel. On tests in an open space, absolutely no interference and audio drops outs started at 80-90 m. I guess it would be much less in a building. Extremely simple, automatically pairs and just works. Studio grade mikes ($$) will have better audio specs and better security and interference rejection, many more options, thats my assumption.

I can plug and play but it does not help to record the sound even if I am just 2m away without obstacle so I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Other than that it is great n easy to use

I use it to record my verbals when I’m running my dogs for dog agility, and it works amazing when it does! I’ve found times when I give the phone to someone to record, and I walk into another room and come back, it loses connection without any indicator, so my video ends up having NO audio at all. It happens also when everything is connected, then my phone locks and it gets unlocked and connection is broken again. I pretty much have to make sure I connect it, put it on video mode, and record right away before it disconnects.Otherwise, audio recording is GREAT, initial connection was easy to an iPhone, and it’s very lightweight and small. Still recommend but just expect the flaws and the audio-less videos occasionally.
