works great on wood and glass
The media could not be loaded. ANRZO Metallic Acrylic Gold Paint 500 ml, Gold Leaf Paint for Art, Painting, Handcrafts, Furniture, Thick and Non Fading (Real Gold)You get a very large bottle of paint (500mls) which has a lovely metallic shine. The paint is thin compared to my regular brand but you get four times as much. You do need to ensure the bottle is shaken very well before using.1. I tried the paint out on paper and I found coverage quite thin on paper so I needed a few coats to achieve the effect I was looking for. When tested on normal printer paper it gave a smooth finish with no streaks when dried.2. Dried foliage: it did cover my piece of wheat very well and gave a very good finish. It was easy to paint in all the gaps and the paint still showed when dried (unlike when I used a can of metallic paint).3. It worked beautifully on a piece of wood and I tried doing a little video to show the metallic effect but my phone didn't really pick it up very well. With one coat you can see the shine but also the underlying patina of the wood.4. I tried the paint out on some glass to see how well it worked. Old coffee jars make great test subjects. The paint was brilliant used this way. I poured some paint on a sponge to get a stipple effect and the paint took to the glass perfectly. The paint on my brush washed off easily just under some running water. When washing the sponge afterwards I noticed the water took on a lovely shimmer and think if you enjoy crafting this paint would make a very effective liquid if used in a 'potion' bottle.Great paint and happy to recommend.

Amazing effect
I have used many different gold effect paints, this is by far the best. It looks like you have attacked what ever you paint with gold leaf. I use a black undercoat and It looks amazingly like gilt work.Make sure you shake the bottle very well before use!

Good metallic gold, may need extra coats
As a bit of context: I'm using this gold paint for furniture upcycling. I've previously used Arteza metallic acrylic paints (currently not available) for this purpose and been very impressed with the look and durability, so that's the benchmark for my review of this ANRZO gold paint. This paint is more liquid than the Arteza: a thinner creamy consistency. I've tried it with both brush and mini roller on to primed wood. When brushed out smooth, it seems to leave more brush marks than the thicker Arteza, and although it applied well with the roller, it needed a second coat and in a particularly fiddly area, a third - and that's why I docked a star. Dry, however, it looks great and the price (£17.99 at time of writing) isn't too bad for 500mls either. I'm pleased and would buy again if the Arteza remains unavailable.

Easy to apply with good coverage
I have tried different paints with different consistencies so far, although I am not a professional. This paint is thick and creamy and does not run though. Pretty easy to put through stencils with excellent results. I do like the sheen and the enjoyment of using these thick bodied paints.I was surprised that these come in a bottle rather than how other paints come. I was more surprised as to how rich in pigment this is.If you are after a quality paint, do not hesitate to buy this one.

Good Quality
This is brilliant. Used it to paint my silver baubles to gold last christmas as I didnt want throw them away and just colour them instead. Very nice consistency and easy to apply and use. Gold tone is brilliant. I still have quite a lot left for summer projects.

Thin consistency but very good gold colour
I like the way the marketing blurb describes this as gold leaf and “real gold”! It’s neither, of course, but as a paint effect it provides a marvellous metallic gold touch to any craft project or upcycling. Very slightly on the brassy side, so adding a touch of silver is enough to tone it down a little, but of course, that depends on your preference. I did take off a star as it’s pretty thin and needs at least two, if not three coats to get good, even coverage. But it’s cheap, cheerful and a massive bottle so what’s not to like?!

Bright, brassy and shiny.
A true bright and brassy yellow gold colour. It’s really quite beautiful. It is indeed very metallic and has a great shine. In most cases, it does need two or more coats, even on craft paper, to get a good coverage, but it layers well. In thin layers it dried pretty quickly, but globs or thicker bits take a fair while longer. I’m mostly going to be using this for scrapbooking / journalling / papercraft purposes, but the instructions say it can also be used on wood, metal, glass, plastic and plaster. There is a very faint smell, not too much at all, which is great if you’re using something for a fair amount of time in a small room.My brush cleaned off with soap and water easily and well. With 500mls (!) of paint here, unless you’re gilding whole furniture pieces, this is going to last you a very long time!

A really versatile paint
I've been experimenting with this paint on various projects, and I seem to quite like it! The paint's consistency is just thick enough, making application smooth and even. Despite using it on numerous miniatures, I've barely made a dent in the 500 ml bottle. I much prefer the fact that it's in a bottle by the way, it's convenient and is much easier to store and use.The finish it leaves is shiny and beautiful, and I found that applying two coats achieves the best result. I haven't tried using it with a sprayer yet, but so far, brush application has been very nice.

Bella pigmentazione
Pigmentazione ottima, un po' troppo liquido per i miei gusti (ma questo è soggettivo) e sono comunque molto soddisfatta dell'acquisto

Pintura dorada resistente a pisadas y fregados
