Believe or not, it says to take one a day. Good value and good vitamin.

These vitamins seem fine and do not upset my stomach.

I was told to take an ARED formula for macular degeneration by my doctor. I chose this one for the lower zinc dose but still made me extremely nauseous.

I have been using an AREDS2 formula for several years upon recommendation of my Opthalmologist. I purchased this brand primarily on best pricing available. The only difference between the ingredients in this versus the NEI formula is a lower amount of Vitamin E. The NEI recommends 400 I.U per day but this formula has 134 I.U.I bought Vitamin E softgels separately to supplement this brand. Even with the additional Vitamin E purchase it was still cost effective.I do highly recommend this product as long as the pricing level is maintained. If the pricing changes I will consider other brands. I have signed up for auto delivery every 60 days with original pricing for a 60 day supply at $9.35. The current pricing for my next delivery has increased to $11.95 which is still favorable pricing.

AReds 2 was recommended by my opthomologist for assisting with early age-related dry macular degeneration. Parker's version seemed a good choice due to requiring only one per day. How effective the product is cannot be determined since its effects are over long-term use and there is no way to determine the effectiveness by comparison with non-use! I trust my doctor who had me replace my use of zinc and vitamin D3 with AReds 2.

Didn't seem to make any difference in my eyes.

I did take these vitamins as directed. I have not noticed any changes in my eyesight. I did not expect to (maybe after taking them for 6 mos or a year you would see a difference. But, This is the vitamin that my Optometrist recommends.
