Purchased 30 amp in January and have been using it constantly since then. So far we've only been using electricity for refrigerator and lights but now have added AC and electric fans to the pull. I'm assuming it is doing the job it's supposed to be doing. For reference, 1999 simple Class C with NO slides and only one AC. We are not at the RV every day so added a zip tie to make it a tad more difficult for someone to remove. There is no way to lock it to our post.

It was the only one I looked The 1st time I used it showed one 120 volt circuit checked it out the rv box had a bad breaker I could have burnt something up if I didn't have it

So far the surge protector is working great.. only one thing I noticed the last light on the far right it’s green but the green light has a hint of red around the green.. I thought there was a problem but I had another person check and the surge protector was working correctly.

Bought this just before our first trip in a new camper. Was not able to connect the male end of the shore line to the regulators. The pins aligned but I could not push it onto the regulator enough to make contact. I took the regulator out of the plug box and pushed as hard as I could. No luck. The regulator fit easily into the power box., as did the shore line’s plug. I’ll try again when we get home. If it doesn’t fit…it’ll get returned.Update...The seller contacted us through Amazon and offered to help!Thank you so much for reaching out. I looked at the regulator's female connector when we returned home; nothing appeared wrong with it. I tried again to insert the power cord into the regulator. As before, it only went in halfway. I pushed much harder, and it finally made the tight connection! I don't want to struggle with it in the future, so I plan to leave the two connected. Chalk this up to being afraid to break something while away from home!

I have not used this product to date due to the fact that our camper is in the shop for repairs.
