Packaging arrived safe and earlier than expected from Amazon UK. Bought this pair for using it outdoor while going to work. The box came in a gift box style packaging and gives you a bit of the “unboxing experience” if you know what I mean.- Neck Band: The neck band is a moderate size, does not dangle around the neck. It comes with a shirt clip so the band size can be adjusted to personal preference.- Charging time is really quick, for me I charged it for less than 2 hours and still had around 9-10 hours of playtime.- Pairing the device was easy. I used it with my iPhone 8+ and paired with ease. To pair the device, hold the middle button till you see the blue light turn on, keep holding it till you see the red and blue flashing light. Refresh the bluetooth settings on your phone and you will see the MixcMax icon pop up on your bluetooth settings. Then click connect.- Magnetic ear buds works perfectly fine.- Sound quality is fantastic. The large ear bud fits my ear size and gives me a clear crisp sound with heavy bass.- 12 Month Warranty, great thing about this earphone is that it comes with 12 months warranty which is a great peace of mind in case something was to happen to the headphone in a few months time.Overall very happy with the purchase, would highly recommend it.

I originally gave this a 1 star rating and a heading of Rubbish (see below for original review). What else could I give them, they didn't work after all. After further contact from MixcMax they sent me a second pair which work like a dream. Connect very quickly and not dropped at all. Obviously the first pair were defective and very pleased with the outcome. Thank you very much.Started out great. Very comfortable to wear and nice volume. Bluetooth worked like a charm for about 10 days then dropped off dramatically. Walking from room to room was never a problem at first but walking 10 feet from one room to another now drops the connection. I listen to my kindle while out and about in town in my wheelchair but the constant disconnects really drives me to distraction and that is at a distant of 1 foot. Yes, 1 foot, from my top coat pocket to my ear is less than 12 inches so its really not good. Had good contact with the company twice but then nothing at all. Would like to think its just a faulty unit but with no more contact with the company save your money and go somewhere else.

Bought these as I go fed up with the iPhone ones falling out of my ears all the time.These stay in place, are easy to set up, somewhat fiddly to use when answering a call.The biggest difference is that the sound qulaity is really poor. Good enough for a phone call but not for listening to music, too tinnyy.

I must admit, I'm one of these guys who constantly read other peoples reviews before making a purchase but never actually take the time to leave one myself.So bare with me on my first ever review. These earphones, are great, I've worn them pretty much for 16 hours over the last 2 days traveling through airports & flying, they are easy to set up, I found the sound quality superb, I wore these while flying & with the normal engine & cabin noise in the back ground, I could still hear an audio book with the volume set in the middle very clearly. value for money these are amazing easily comparable to the >£100 big brand equivalent.Battery life is good, easily got about 6-7 hours use before needing to recharge & the magnet is a neat feature.

arrived on time and well packed.Very easy to set up and pair with phone.ear buds seem well made.not a lot of base in the sound quality, but ok.wore to the gym.this is the only set of buds out of the many I have tried that actualy drown out the gyms sound system.one bud dropped out during workout, but I was hung upside down at the time so I can forgive that.The control button part tends to tap the side of the face, minor niggle.on the whole very pleased.

Headphones are awful, and that is not because they're cheap. I'm not a headphone snob, my last pair were Philips and cost £30. These headphones are not consistent with bass levels, in that there is hardly any or none at all depending on the track. The treble is tinny and cackles frequently. I bought them for the gym, and they don't stay in your ears, they also don't have a low enough profile. Save yourself the hassle and money long-term, spend a little bit more and get a decent brand.

I go through earphones so quickly, they always break within a day or two but these seem like they will last me as long as I don't loose them, I'm personally not a huge fan of wireless in general but these are really easy to wear and I don't miss tangled wires at all. Battery life seems great I've had them on a couple days now and haven't had to recharge them. Very easy to use, great quality sound. Would recommend.

Like a lot of these cheap headphones, last 2 months and then suddenly stop. I use them for the gym and yesterday, after just over 2 months, cuts out, won't charge. The sound quality is awful, which was okay for me as I use them to watch Netflix but another set of cheap components that don't last.
