So much easier
Stuff was great. We put in an aluminum fence with 2 x 2 poles. 1 bottle worked for 2 poles but you had to do together and stuff activates pretty quickly. We still used cement for the gate for longevity and added strength

It works, but does not produce much volume at all.
I was research this to help steady some cinder blocks I was using. And video that accompanies this product shows it creating quite a bit of volume. When used it, it barely did anything and had virtually no volume. In short, this seem like it would be a great alternative when you need a quick solution, but in reality, nothing beats a bag of quick crete.

Stable Posthole Filler
This is a nice approach to filling post holes for small projects like a mailbox. The material expands and firms up nicely without having to mix concrete. It will pour down into places concrete won't easily go, so if your post is just loose in an existing hole, this will help to firm it up easily.

Good stuff
I'm not sure why it says I ordered and got a 12 pack, but it's the single 1 pack that I got. Which goes a ways, just not too far. Clearly if you're using it to put in a full privacy fence you'd need the case of them. It works good and is easy to use. Not a noticeable scent so don't feel like I'm being exposed to lots of chemicals. It works just as described

It's ok
It's ok I used it for a flag pole and it only foamed up about 10 inches I needed 18. And it took a few hours for it to harden around the pole.

I wouldn't call this concrete, it's expensive, but it worked for my needs
I got this to set a fence post that is directly adjacent to a gate, so it gets a lot of movement and without replacing the fence, I had yet to find a way to get this to stand firm. You can see in my picture that I have tried several things to get this to be more grounded. Once this fully sets, I will remove the J-hooks that I was using to try to anchor this section of fence. I have several issues with this product. First, the bottle was not properly sealed, so I had to use a plumbers wrench to undo the cap (see picture - it was on there TIGHT). Secondly, it was not perfectly clear how much it would expand, so I did not provide enough depth for it sink into and I ended up using a shovel to chop away some of it that had expanded further than I wanted. Thirdly, calling this cement is a stretch. It is an expanding foam similar to expanding foam insulation; however, for my purposes, that is exactly what I needed. The bottom of my post has basically rusted in place and there is no way to set it without having something expand up and encompass the bottom of the post. I like that this will be easy to remove someday as I eventually will just need to replace this section of fence due to rusting, but this is a great band-aid for what I needed it for. I got the 2 pack, so I have a second bottle to use in the future if I have a similar need. I do not see this as a long term solution as it is just not as firm as cement/concrete. When I ordered this it was priced at $50 for 2, but the price has reduced to $37 for 2 which is more reasonable, though I would think since this will only work for 1-2 applications to be done at the same time, it is still relatively costly for what you get. If you have a similar situation or something that is a more light weight item that you are trying to set, I would recommend it. Since this was exactly what I needed, I am giving it 4 stars, but If I was expecting a true concrete/cement alternative, I think I would have been disappointed.

Great for Retrofit
I used this to reset a lamp pole that the original installer didn't set in concrete. I fired him but had to hire ME back. Yes, it was me!This was very easy to use. I lifted the post out, enlarged the hole, reset the post and poured in the mixed foam. Unlike concrete, this foam sets in just a few minutes. So, you must have everything in place before pouring the foam into the hole. The foam has resulted in a firm base for the pole eliminating the leaning pole I had before. I'm not sure that this is cost effective for big jobs, but this was a life saver on this small project!
