These appear to be well made fabric patches, with the "bristley" side of hook & loop on the back. They all come with a corresponding hook & loop patch that can be sewn onto something else to allow attachment of the patch. The kit even comes with a variety of thread colors to sew with. Most patches are equal size, with a couple being slightly differently sized.

I was having trouble finding some of these patches in FDE, so this was perfect. Some cringe ones as is usual with these assortments, but plenty of good ones to justify buying this. All the patches seem to be cut evenly, and the hook material holds nicely (which is great, since there's always a risk that you'll get patches that look fine but can't properly hold on to whatever you attach them).
