Standing Desk Mat - Not-Flat Anti Fatigue Mat for Stand Up Desk, Ergonomically Engineered, Grey

I work from home so I use it when I use my standing desk. I am pleased with it. I like the modules on it , it feels good on the bare foot or if one is wearing shoes. It allows me to stand & work for a longer period of time.. I can also do calf raises & other small exercises on it.

Not good. Flattens. there is no push back and minimum support for such a high cost item.Edit: 1 year after purchase, the area around one of the mounds is ripped from normal use. I only stand on it bare foot.

Ordered an Ergohead for myself and a Topo for my wife who liked the look of the Topo better. After trying both, there is no comparison. The Topo is softer, more comfortable on your skin (we do not wear shoes in the house), more secure on the floor (the Ergohead easily moved on our hardwood floor) and, get this, SILENT. Yes, the Ergohead was noisy! Every time I moved my feet it made a squishing sound that was very distracting. The sound was because of the material Erogohead uses versus the Topo. Returning the Ergohead and just purchased a Topo for myself....and yes, it also looks better.

This mat is okay, its not exactly what I expected. I think it would be better suited for a tall person. I'm 5'6" and a smaller mat size I think would be better for me. In a wide stance I barely reach the sides of the mat. I cannot stand that way too long. So that's the cons, the pros would be that it is soft and the back part is nice to stretch the calves out, and it move easily on the carpet which allows me the mobility I need to sit/stand often during the day.

I move around a lot when I am at my standing desk. This gives me the ability to stretch and take the stress off my feet.
