Geocel GC28928 Pro Flex RV Flexible Sealant - 10 oz., Clear

Had a window that leaked on camper. Dealer replaced but it still leaked. I bought this caulk because it said it was for rv and was flexible. It was very gooey, not like normal caulk. While I could not win a beauty contest with my caulking job it did seal up the window. First time out it rained for 2 days straight but the window is not leaking.

Easy to use

Must have been old caulk. Very difficult to gun even after ensuring it was warm. Won’t buy this brand again

Geocel is sending out old product it seems like. I seen the previous review from someone else and ordered anyways. This product is non returnable so it’s going into the trash. Grainy and old when trying to use. It is completely un usable.

I read the reviews for this product from this seller and was surprised that it is so different from other reviews.I called the manufacturer to learn that this product has a 18 month shelf life. The said that each tube has a manufacturing date code either on the tube close to the nozzle or on the sliding plastic piece inside the tube.It will have two letters, 4 numbers and two letters. They use a Julian date system for the first three numbers and the fourth number is the year.Example: ER1893XX mean this was manufactured on the 189th day of 2023 = July 8, 2023.This is VERY important that you get fresh product as this item is non-returnable with Amazon.

This is a special sealant for RV and is suppose to be flexible and spreadable.I opened the new tube and the sealant would barely be forced from the tube. It was semi-dried and not flexible enough to spread as needed.Contact Amazon and they would not refund my money for a faulty product that I purchased from Amazon on 11-16-23. They said contact the manufacture , which I did with no results.Amazon sold a faulty product and will not refund my money.
