I fell in love with this star as soon as I saw it, and it lived up to my expectations. The only downside (for me, not for most people), is that it is a warm white, and I needed cool white. My solution was to string some cool white fairly lights, and it worked wonderfully!It attaches easily to the tree, with a clamp to affix to the very center of the tree. The attachment slips onto a plain, clear “arm” that blends in with the rest of the star. I put this on a not-quite-6 ft tree and it works. The size I think would work for a 7.5 footer, and maybe even a 9 ft tree.The iridescent colors are so pretty!First photo is what the star looks like off (you can see the fairly lights I wrapped into it), second photo is what it looks like with the fairy lights I added turned on.

I know it looks a little large on this tree, but I really do think it’s pretty. Made very well fairly easy to put on. I would buy it again.

Cons- took a while to arrive- Pros- very beautiful something to keep using year after year- i bought it used in good condition and i thought it was as good as a new product- worked perfectly and all the parts were there- better than i had expected

The Adler tree topper star is beautiful and $40 plus dollars is worth it.My last star lasted 10 years.

I like the design and how it fits your tree base on the theme that I chose. The item arrived on December 16 I installed it right away had it lit up from noon till evening then suddenly the lights went totally out. Just find out the the bulbs got burnt out I guess it couldn't take the power voltage or probably it really doesn't fit on the power outage I have at my place. Take note that this is my 2nd time buying it giving it a chance that maybe it was a defect product from my 1st buy but still gave it a chance. Would I recommend buying it no. Don't waste your money. If it's an LED one go ahead but with bulbs like this it's a no.

I live in the UK and had to import this. Manufacturer please note: I think these would sell really well in the UK and Europe with LED lights. My quest started with my new tree. My old star was getting shabby and glue and glitter were no longer hiding its age. I wanted a starburst shape with lights so I did not have to think about where to hide string lights.This star has a great shape. The lights that come on it are old style push in Christmas lights, which IMO are just too white and bright. The shape has a back and front and has a flattish profile. The wires for the lights are thick and neatly folded on the back - you can still see them tho and I don't like that. So, I bought a set of 100 micro lights on copper wire - not the battery type - the plug in ones and set about dismantling the star. The 'crystals' have holders for the old lights on their reverse. The shape has three layers and taking careful note of the positions of the old wires and how they were folded, I used the copper micro lights up, down and around the 'crystal' arms and the centre. Some white cable ties to replace those I had to cut to dismantle the star and some hot melt glue on the copper wire finished the refurbishment. The result was a star that had a lovely golden pinkish glow from the copper wire and the light did not overpower my tree. I think it is absolutely gorgeous now. The stand for the star comes with a clip and velcro strip which works well and holds the shape, which is rather heavy, securely. Their green colour blends into the foliage.Buy it but change it ....

I am very happy with this beautiful tree topper. Iy looks amazing atop my 10 foot Christmas tree. It it very heavy on my expensive Balsam Hill tree so I had to reinforce it with additional supports. Easy peasy and easily covered completely with my topper decorations. It glows and shines and doesn't disappoint!It is more beautiful than the definition listed here on Amazon. My Grandson just loves it too. Bonus!!I highly recommend it to others who have a very sturdy artificial tree that is made well. I think it would be gorgeous on a sturdy real Christmas tree as well. You just need a top that will support its size.

Muy bonita, aunque llego en tiempo y forma llego algo estropeada ya que dos de los destellos estaban rotos. Tratare de repararla ya que no es un lugar muy visible de donde se desprendieron.

El producto llegó quebrado con muestras que trataron de pegarlo e incompleto, faltan 3 bombillas de repuesto y 1 fusible de repuesto.

It's a gorgeous star. Only really pretty from one side (but that was expected). It looks magical, the light color is warm. The power cord is a generous length, I wish it was just a few inches longer but it runs down my 7.5foot tree to the extension cord just fine. Really bummed out the light burned out, hopefully it won't be a huge pain to fix.

It came in the allotted time frame but it was terribly over priced for what I received. It was described as Cystal? Excuse me it is plastic and the light are warm white and not LED!!! Not happy at all.
