Fantastic Lock…… Exceptional Customer Service
I wanted to upgrade our smart lock and this particular lock was in our top 5. What made us decide on this one was that it was all inclusive with the gateway and the reviews we read about their customer service.Right after I purchased, we received an email from the seller with pictures and videos to help with the install. Setting it up was fairly easy and the instructions were pretty clear to follow.So, once we had it installed we had a small issue (of course it wasn’t the locks fault but ours). I reached out to their customer service and we worked with Eunice. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Really responsive to our questions and needs. We even did a video call to test our lock and resolve the issue. Now that we have it working properly we have had no issues whatsoever.We love the app, which is super user friendly. Keys work, works great with Alexa through the gateway, the little fobs are fantastic. Setting up fingerprints and codes is really easy through the app. The app also provides a log feature and you’re able to get all or some notifications.Overall excellent purchase!Don’t hesitate to purchase this smart lock!

Smart Lock ~ black
I have been looking for a smart lock that didn’t stand out . I found it !! Love how it looks while offering keyless entry ! My boyfriend installed it today and we were so pleased with how easy it was to set up finger print access and codes . We hand a little bit of difficulty setting up the app on his phone so we called customer service . Tara from customer service got back to us in a timely manner . She took the time to FaceTime us and guide us through the steps to get the app working . She was patient , knowledgeable and was happy to assist . Fantastic customer service !!

Good product. Great customer service.
I honestly had never heard of this brand before but after trying the common brand names and finding out that this are very flaky, expensive, and run through batteries like they were free, and also stop working often, I decided to try this one.It worked great out of the box. Setup was very straight forward. The app is very easy to use and manage. My lock did so working after a few months, but the customer service is outstanding. Even had a video call with them. Great troubleshooting and they stand behind their product. Replaced it without having to jump through hoops. Thanks to Eunice with their customer service center, I am still a happy customer.

Can't control remotely and NO customer support
I was able to install the product, with a little help from a friend. Unfortunately, you can only control this lock from your phone when you're a couple feet away from the door; so near to the door, in fact, that you can just change the lock manually.It was my assumption that the gateway device would connect to Wi-Fi and enable me to both monitor and open or close the lock from a distance. None of that works, despite my best efforts, and maybe it's not supposed to work, which makes this whole set up ridiculous.I called the customer service number a week ago during their business hours and left a detailed message, and also sent a detailed email, but received no callback and no email response.So, I'm really frustrated with this product and quite disappointed. It does not do what I wanted or expected!

Great door for someone who hates fondling keys
The key card is amazing, along with the finger print detection and the unlock/lock feature within the app. I especially love the app as I never have to worry about whether I locked my door or not, I simply just use the app if I feel like I’ve forgotten! Had a little trouble connecting the device, but Eunice from tech support was able to walk me through a step by step process rather quickly and methodically!

Customer Service Impeccable
My favorite thing about this product is the customer service that comes with. Upon us purchasing the product itself, we hadn't had time to fully install it but we received an Amazon message asking if we like the product and if everything was going okay just as a follow-up customer service message. I thought that was super sweet of them. It prompted us to get everything going. The product is a great product, it's phenomenal and has many uses it's easy for the whole family. But most importantly the customer service is absolutely impeccable. Upon installing the product the customer service team continues to follow up with us to make sure everything is going okay and everything is working properly and reminds us about the warranty and asks us how they can help us. This is extremely important.

The lock is very easy to use
The media could not be loaded. Installation process of the lock was very easy and simple, same thing goes for the set up. At first we were having problems with the battery life, but we reached out to the lock tech support team and we spoke to Tara and she was able to help us out. She was very nice and efficient, always quick to answer our questions and provide a solution. I’m very satisfied with the purchase and the lock makes life easier.
