Love these Itty Bitty Critters
This is the second book I have purchased from this author. I love making full size crocheted animals and was excited to get a book on how to make miniature animals. The author provides clear instructions but individuals purchasing this book should have basic knowledge and crochet skills. Some instructions require a little thinking to ensure you are doing it correctly but practice and basic crochet knowledge should easily help anyone navigate the instructions to create their own Itty Bitty Critters. I consider myself a beginner to advance beginner crocheter and I am able to follow the instructions in the book easily. I learned how to crochet using youtube and several crochet books so I am self taught, so I am in no way an expert. I am saying this because I feel that anyone could easily follow the directions in this book with basic knowledge and if they get stuck there are several video tutorials online they can reference. I say if you want Cute Itty Bitty Crocheted Critters then this is the book to buy. This author has unique yet trendy designs with something to please everyone.

Crocheting miniature animation and making terrarium with them.
Perfect for creating fairy castles and gardens, all the instructions for making miniatures. Probably the best instructions I have ever seen for how to do each crochet stitch needed, with excellent step by step photos. Well worth the purchase price, especially since directions are given for making the same creations as larger toy sized pieces.

Fantastic book!
Finally decided on which critter to make. Hopefully Humphreys the Camel will be finished for Hump Day. Erin did an a wonderful job in writing her patterns. The instructions are easy to read and do. Ten thumbs up

Wait for an errata
The animals in the book are cute. My boys want me to make every single project. However, after attempting/completing 3 of the animals (snortimer the pig , pinkerton the flamingo and paisley the peacock), I'm cautious to start the others. All 3 have errors. I've managed to fiddle around and correct the rounds to the best of my ability. But no matter what I did, I couldn't quite get the flamingo right. My kids have renamed him "Derp-mingo".So unless you want to waste time trying to figure out the author's intentions, wait for an errata

Lots of patterns
Great book with a number of projects. Definitely not for a beginning crocheter but a great addition for anyone that has crocheted for a while.

So tiny!
These lil guys are awesome! This book is filled with great ideas for making tiny terrariums, and includes patterns for tiny mushrooms, and bushes. There are tips for making the terrariums in bottles. I can't wait to try it!! The animals are well done, and the patterns are easy to read! Of course thread/yarn, and hook size will determine how big your critters turn out. It's a good read, I would recommend it to anyone who's got a fairly good amount of patience, and who's eyes are good enough to see the tiny stitches!

Great designs. You need to be a competent knitter for this book as some of the patterns have mistakes and need to be adapted.
