Bought this for serving 10 people. The Jambalaya recipe and it worked beautifully. Thoroughly cooked everything and the recipe turned out excellent. Easy to clean. Even cooking surface. Liked that I could remove the inner cooker pan to wash. Porcelainized surface was fairly non-stick. I let it soak, and it cleaned well. Fits well under my cabinets without being too high. Packaged well for shipment and received without damage. Timely delivery, too! Ordered a second one for our church to replace an older unit.

First shipment brought me a device with a crushed corner. I reported the problem and was told another would be at my home the next morning. AND IT WAS!I asked what to do with the dented one. I was told to give it away, toss it, or keep it. I gave it to one of the men who was repairing our sprinkler system. His wife sent me the most delightful thank-you note! She said she had always wanted one of these but could not afford the "luxury" item.Amazon's return policy worked magic this time!I love this cooker! I immediately used it for a large turkey, and the result was excellent. Since then, I have used it regularly to cook a variety of dishes. I especially like the easy care, the consistency of temperature, and the fact that I do not have to use the oven.Everything I have cooked in this appliance has been moist, tasty, and completely hands-off. That last fact makes it a winner in my kitchen!

This roaster is very large, not heavy, just large. Don't forget to put water in the bottom or your meat will burn. Juicy meat, cooks quicker than a conventional oven. However, the skin was not crisp. I don't eat the skin, so no problem. If you want crispy skin, you can put in the oven until crisp.

Pleased with it. Can't really see thru the top well from condensation. But, I've bought 3 so obviously it doesn't bother me that much. Great for large family gatherings - our favorite recipe is a low country boil.

Worked great for Thanksgiving! The bird in this cooked faster than my oven and came out great!

Bought this as a gift for a friend. It was replacing a much older version. It worked very well and cooked faster than expected.
