Green light shows it's charged, but it won't turn on. The two times it was used, it gave a decent neck massage. I missed the return window.

This thing does not last. After about 10 sessions on my shoulders, one of the upper arm broke and bent outward. I think the interior is made of plastic. Battery life is mediocre. Cannot run 3 full cycles. I really loved this thing, but no... I can't anymore.

I received this today. At first, I was a little skeptical because it wasn’t working out the box. Plugged it in and you will see an orange light go in and out- charging. I charged about an hour, unplugged usb (if it doesn’t turn on, make sure you unplug the usb after receiving a green light). I did a Q/A and a received feedback very quickly.I am giving this 5 stars! It is perfect- not too hard and fast. The heat is just right. TMI- I am menopausal, so don’t like a lot of heat. It feels like a hand massage. Note, this times out 10-15 mns. By the way, I ordered a total of 4. (They were 40% off) of these- 1 for me and the others are for gifts.I am NOT receiving comps for this review. I just like to help others. Thanks

Saves me some hand cramping

This really works your neck muscles. The battery lasts a long time as well.

I eagerly awaited this item as my neck is in terrible shape and now I'm sitting here crying with a stupid neck massager that doesn't even switch on. It's an 80 dollar useless uncomfortable scarf for all the good It's doing. I'm getting a replacement sent because I REALLY need something so it better work. So effing mad right now. Don't buy it. Zero effing stars.

I love it! It feels like shoulder massage by real hands! I didn't expect much but absolutely love it! My hubby is a big guy and he loves it too!

Straps are to help hold in place but is so imbalanced that it falls away without firm pressure. Puncher motion squeezes very tight. No in between. Not what I had hoped for. Cumbersome.
