Nice product, quality, construction, thick glass, doesn’t get much residue, good customer service
The media could not be loaded. This is a nice product, well-made, most enjoyable to put in any room. The unit comes with some nice accessories including the tongs to remove the fuel cup without having to remove the glass which the competitive brand Rancy does not.Separately, customer service was really good. For a couple different reasons I had to contact them and the responsiveness was always within in a day or less and communication inside or outside Amazon platform was clear And polite and helpful and follow through on inquiries occurred and met or exceededI was one of a limited number of customers. (U2 may be one of them if ordering) to have received a coupon card for a free gift with the purchase upon receipt in the box …. so that was a bonus that was not expected and the gift was a nice supplement related to the product itself. I’ll leave that up to prospective buyers as a surprise in case you get that card and might also receive a gift offer.I also bought a competitors product on Amazon that is a tabletop fire pit with a glass cylinder that sits a top a cylindrical metal base that holds a fuel cup, and the base has helical fins that draw the air in in a spiraling fashion to create the vortex flame much like this unit does by having the three pieces of glass with vertical Slots, offset to draw the air and to create the spiral effect. However, the glass on that unit was very thin and I knocked it over accidentally and broke it. And after each use it gets soot on the glass that requires hand cleaning, even if using isopropyl alcohol or bioethanol, which are supposed to be smoke free. This unit seems not to have film buildup like that.Personal project enhancements- I’ve actually put a couple pieces of glass at a 90° angle or other angles behind the fire pit it (see pics) to create a mirror effect to make the flames look like there are three. You can get inexpensive picture frames from Walmart and create a hinge with packaging tape and change the hinged angle and how close to the backside of the unit and create a unique effect -with the glass being clear or spray-painted or black posterboard inside to create an even more impressive look..You might also put something dark directly behind the lens of each of several glass panels in a manner suitable to you. See pics. Makes it more dramatic during the daytimeYou can experiment with putting a little bit of more extra ceramic wool either closer to the top of the inside of the cup, or to reduce the diameter of the opening slightly to become saturated and prolong the burn slightly making it dwindle down more like an alkaline battery in a flashlight compared to an abrupt stopping of the flame. Depending on how you tinker, you can have the same burn time, but use less fuel with this approach.Personally, I considered putting a small hole in the bottom of the fuel cup and letting a little extra fuel into the larger cup or modifying to replicate the design of other independent manufacturers that have a larger bowl underneath a smaller bowl that feeds the central fuel cup to extend a burn time. That’s something an engineer or a creative do-it-yourself-er like might try but almost certainly not recommended by the manufacturer one way or the other that’s just something Observed and kind of tinker relative to enhancing the appearance or the length of burn time without need for as frequent refill.expectations.**** please note, some of the photos, and the video may show the flame near extinction. It's actually more robust like the main picture shows. The point of the photos was the show different experiments that other users may find useful. Happened to take some photos with experimenting by adding ceramic wall to fuel cup, or darkening two of three glass panels or having a hinged mirror like surface behind fire pit two tripled the number of flames visible. But some of those pictures and videos were taken when the flame was nearly out. Not a reflection of its full capability. Burn time is approximately half hour. What can be extended to about an hour experimentally and with more adaptation possibly longerThis product is solid, won’t tip over, well-made, powder coated, instead of just painted- which means it’s more robust to fuel spilling on it and scratching and things like that( like a cars wheel). Powder coating is applying powder to a metal with a current applied to the metal to draw the powder into every nook and cranny and then placing item in the oven at about 400 and some degrees to bake the paint on. Much more robust than simply spray painting like some companies do. The logo for this company is put on the unit by lasering the powder coated paint off instead of just painting a logo on top.And the glass is several millimeters thick and said to be tempered. Should take any amount of extended use in heat for its design compared to other products which may be less capable. And are not tempered or borosilicate.Overall, I like it, well-made, great customer service, free gift gift was a nice bonus, follow up and follow through were most appreciated. Recommended..

Not for indoor use IMO, but its great!
It's great, but I wouldn't place it inside your home. The fire was kind of high and my smoke alarm went off soon after it was lit. I placed it outside in my screened porch area and it's perfect there!! Definitely worth it, took about 5 mins to put together.

This mini fireplace thing was so cool! We ordered it for a small get together and our guests were amazed by it. We used alcohol and it burned for maybe 30 minutes. Shipping was same day so that was great !

Small Flame Burner Non-Functional
This product is identical in every way (design/components/packaging, etc.) to another manufacturer’s product with a different name, which arrived scuffed/scratched/damaged, “ right out of the box”, so it was returned. This seemed like a quality product, so I purchased it as a replacement. This product’s “small flame burner” contained only a peculiar round shaped “wadded-up” ball of the “rock wool burner filament”, (pls. refer to photos included). It cannot produce a flame, and goes out immediately after lighting. I have tried all fuel types, Alcohol, Bioethanol fuel, and a combination of both, always with the same result …. NOTHING! The large burner has a filament installed correctly, it works, but produces flames which swirl protruding approximately 5” above the top of the glass.( Desired one of these “accent flame burners“ for my wife who loves candles. First one given as a Mother’s Day gift which required return due to manufacturing damage; this one given a couple weeks later as a Birthday present, and, doesn’t work at all, apparently, due to the defective “WAD” of burner filament in the small flame burner……The German manufacturer’s website has an English translation, but, no telephone number available to contact their “customer service team” ……. ( ZERO (‘0’) “ambience”, very disappointing, and a lot of effort required to accomplish the returns!!!
