The leather heel tore up my ankle
These shoes are, on paper, supposed to be the latest and greatest version of Cole Hana’s legendary zero grand line - known for their lightweight confort. I thought they would be until I first wore them for a day. The leather heel counter tore up my heel, and made walking unbearable.I had to get myself adhesive heel cushions and made them stick up a bit to prevent my heel from getting sliced by the stiff leather edge of the heel counter.Hope this serves as a warning to future buyers.
