This has a really great finish to it and dirt simple to assemble - around 20 - 25min tops whilst the instructions were merely a guide it really was simple. All you have to do really is look at the picture here and in the instructions, match the relevant section to be assembled and viola, job done.Initially I was sceptical that it would ok after I ordered it as I'm 6ft 4 but I've had no problems at all. So for anyone who is 6ft + don't worry it's really easy AND comfortable to use, also it doesn't take up much room at all when fully assembled.

As previous reviews have stated, the stand is twisted slightly but as long as you compensate for that, then it works well for the price

Overall a good addition to the equipment for a home gym. Set up took 45-1 hour. The t bar attachments to the front and back (crossways) floor stabilising posts was bent out of shape on arrival. This required some hammering into shape to straighten out. Which affects my rating. Once that was corrected, the screwing of the nuts and bolts to hold things in place was the most onerous task. Once finished though, as a final product, it works quite well. Adjustable seats and preacher curl pad. Preacher curl pad is quite stable. Doesn’t rock much when using. Haven’t tried to lift above 40kg on this, but it supports this comfortably. Lightweight and easily moveable overall

I wanted a bench that was a bit more substantial than a one-piece York one I'd previously been using. More specifically, I wanted something with more padding on the arm rest and this fits the bill perfectly.To put it in perspective, I curl an 8kg EZ bar, loaded with approximately 50kg, and there is more than enough padding to ensure my elbows/arms are not sore or anything after each set. This is the recommended maximum for the bench, but it feels like it is taking it well. There is some noticeable indentation where the padding has compressed slightly, but it is still going strong after a good few months of use.The overall bench feels very sturdy when tightened properly, and I do feel safe when using it. The upright bits do wobble a bit due to the adjustable screws (the seat, armrest, and bar-rest are all adjustable to multiple heights), but nothing major.Overall, apart from some silly little sticky pads on the bar-rest (which are coming progressively looser/unstuck, but are pretty unnecessary anyway), the bench is sturdily built, and on reflection I would happily purchase it again.Hope this is helpful. Happy to answer any questions if I can.UPDATE: It's now four months down the line since I wrote the original review. The preacher bench is still going strong, and the padding is showing little to no indentation between use (it bounces back well!). One of the sticky pads on the bar rest has fallen off, but the other is still holding on.. I may remove it. Overall would still recommend for sure!!

Rocks a little. But for the price, its excellent. Have experienced no problems over a years use.

This bench arrived quickly and well packaged. Assembly was quick and easy, just make sure you have the tools to do it. The bench itself is a quality piece of kit, well finished and sturdy. I paid a really decent price so feel I got a really good bargain. Using this bench regularly will have the guns hugging the sleeves that'll make nuns drop to their knees!!I'd definitely recommend this bench to anybody looking to add to their home gym.

This product is okay for the average fitness person looking to build a bit more mass on their arms, product came a bit scored probably due to not the best packing and while fitting seat a bit of welding broke but not enough to send item back, you get what you pay for

Good value for money. Quickly shipped and easy to put together. Not gym standard but more than good enough for home gyms.

Der Versand ging recht schnell. Freitag bestellt Dienstag war das Paket da.Auf den ersten Blick waren die Schweissnähte nicht sehr gut verarbeitet aber halten und das ist das wichtige.Der Zusammenbau ging gut von der Hand (ca. 20min) und war ohne grosse Probleme.Es wackelt zwar ein wenig ist aber nicht weiter schlimm...wie gesagt nur ein wenig.Man muss halt nur alles fest anziehen wenn man es eingestellt hat.Fazit: Von den Schweissnähten und ein wenig wackeln kann man echt drüber hinwegsehen wenn man sich den Preis anschaut. Preis/Leistung Top von mir 5 Sterne dafür :-)

La sto adoperando da circa un mese e, finora, si mostrata davvero un ottimo prodotto, solido e funzionale, con le altezze dei 3 principali elementi costitutivi regolabili indipendentemente così da permettere adattamenti a diverse esigenze. E' robusta e facilissima da montare ad un ottimo prezzo ed il rivenditore si è mostrato molto cortese ed attivo anche nel supporto
