When the product arrived, the express keys weren't functioning but the pen worked. So I contacted them and they sent me a QC file with a set of instructions to test the product for the different functions and send them a video of the test. They then confirmed that the express keys indeed weren't working.So they delivered a new product within a day!And this time the express keys were working.The tablet is easy to use and ideal for me as I was just starting out in this area. The pen is lightweight and the working area is perfect for the task I need.Overall the seller is very responsive and I am satisfied with such a quick response!

The tablet was detected and the basic functions of point and click worked automatically without the need for additional drivers. I have not had the pad very long yet and, after a brief exploration, I do not know how to program the Customizable Express Keys. However, as I do not need them and I think I would probably not use them if they were available, this is not a problem. My main concern was to buy a pad whose basic functionality worked in Linux and this product met that requirement.

Purchased this product as have seen some good and some bad reviews but more towards the good product side of things so thought id try it out. The tablet form factor is perfect nice compact and slim package. whilst using been very responsive with a little bit of lag even after updating the drivers but have managed to get used to it kind of.However my biggest issue with the tablet is the the pens nib, whilst using it on a few practice sketches and modelling the scratching noise against the surface can become distracting and buttons on the tablet itself and the pen feels like it wont last long at all and is super loud and clicky almost like a cheap mouse.Other than that the tablet is pretty nice and a good start in the low budget end of tablets.

Bought this as most do as an alternative to a Wacom, when it arrived first thoughts were it feels flimsy and cheap nowhere near the build quality of a wacom, but when you consider the prices involved this is to be expected.The surface of the tablet feels good and the size of it seems a good happy meduim, not too big and not too small.The programmable buttons again lack quality, they feel really cheap and I hope they last longer than than feel.The pen, again same story, its too light and plastic feeling, the nibb is a reasl let down, there is far to much side to side play as you use it, you can wobble it a good 1mm side to sideFinally the software driver, like everything else is basic and does the job in hand.So really if you've got this far (thankyou for reading!) if this is a first tablet and you want to try its not bad for the money, but if you are serious and/or can afford it go with as wacomEdit:Downgraded to 1 star as Huion keep contacting me to give them five stars in return for giving me a "free" glove

It worked great at first. Comparable to Wacom Intuos Pro Medium which I use professionally. I got one of these to use at home. I actually preferred it due to its smaller size and it was much cheaper. Unfortunately it died after a mere 8 months of use. I only used it on weekends. I contacted Huion and they just said try the new drivers. I had already told them I tried them. I tried reinstalling. Restarting. Reconnecting. Using a different cable. Nothing. Just died. I’m writing this as a warning to other people who may be considering getting this. It was fantastic while it worked. It just didn’t work for long. And Huion did nothing to help me.Update: I have since been contacted by Huion who were very apologetic. They sent me some testing software and confirmed it was the pen. They offered me a replacement pen for a bit less than the regular price. It would have been free but I bought mine in a physical store so didn’t have an online receipt. Since getting the pen it has worked perfectly. So I’m updating my review to 4 stars from 1. It would’ve been 5 if the pen didn’t break so quickly.

Huion products, are only ok, as long as you got adobe cc software, they dont say that it will not work on say photoshop cs5, or illustrator cs5. They are ok with programs like krita, sketchbook pro etc. So they should say in the description that it will work as long as you have got the latest software. Huion seller told me this in a email. I was very disappointed, because i was looking forward to using it .
