These are better measuring cups than expected! The colors are really bright and they look very good for what I paid for them. There really is every kind of measuring device you'd need - that extra plastic measuring cup is just icing on the cake!I've always used the smallest spoon in the house as a teaspoon, but now I can know for sure what I'm putting into the cake batter.Would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for replacements or supplemental measuring cups.These are steel/aluminum? and very easy to clean and store! I like that the handles have a soft silicone cover on them so that I'm not handling sharp metal edges.The measurements are engraved on the flat handle and not within the cup, so it's easy to see exactly what's going on! There is even a mL measurement for those who deal in millimeters. I

These cups are very accurate according to my kitchen scales. My original measuring cups were way under weight on accuracy. Think in a cup measurement I had 190 instead of 237ml. I got these to replace and they are pretty bang on with what they claim they are. The issue is a cup is 237/240ml not 250, so where you have the 1 cup and 1/2 cup measurement at 250/125, and the rest of the smaller cups weighing what they're supposed to (the 1/4 cup is 60ml not 62.5 for example) can mean you're slightly off of a recipe, but it's probably negligible at that point. I'm just an anal person with recipes. It's also funny as the conversion chart they give you says 1 cup = 237ml then they proceed to manufacture 250ml ones.People have had a sturdiness issue, and I can see how the solder may break if you're washing them up heavy handedly, or scooping straight out of the packet. I haven't broken em yet, and scoop, but have also been very careful because of the previous reviews. Just be careful really. When you wash em, hold the base, not the handle.

I bought these only to have them acquired by one of my sons when he came home from University for the weekend…in his words what fab quality, love the colours can I take them back with me!! So I’ll be reordering a second set for myself!!

As previous buyers have said , most recipes online use cups as a measure and this was putting me off cooking certain things. So I thought...you cant beat them so join them, and im glad I have.I have used them once so far and I felt confident in the amounts of ingredience I was using an feel i'll be more inclined to cook now i have them. they are a lovely set, can be hung up by the ring that holds them together, the conversion magnet will be really helpful im sure. All in all Im really pleased with my purchase
