Madeleines stuck to the molds
The Madeleines were not easy to remove in one piece. The slightly more expensive pack of two also from Amazon worked perfectly but this set didn't.

I received it the day after I ordered, and used it the same evening.After a few tries, I managed to get it right but then I was able to cook my Madeleine perfectly!
