When I sleep at night, I use a Bipap with a nasal mask. I had surgery on a deviated septum 5 years ago in order to breathe freely when sleeping. After surgery I had to completely cut out cheese from my diet. And I use Fluticasone spray once a day. All of those changes have helped tremendously, however, I still occasionally have trouble at bedtime where my sinuses become inflamed on one side or the other (it's something I've read that is quite common), making breathing in and out on that side nearly impossible. The only instant relief I've found is when I use some version of Afrin, which is very bad, because although it will almost always opens up my passages, on the following night, the problem usually returns only twice as bad as the night before.This migraine relief stick is perfect. It's a vapor rub smell. Subconsciously, for some reason, I'm very comforted by the smell of vapor rub & applying this on my nose instantly opens up my air passages.I also do get headaches often enough that I get aggravated about taking more tylenol when I wish I didn't need it.Whoever invented this, thank you!

The product works well, considering it’s anecdotal. It had melted in the packet so wasn’t easy to use. There is no return or replacement option so I have a 4 star

I have been using Shoola Pain Relief balm 1.05 Oz container which miraculously relieves headaches, migraine, nasal and chest congestion, back pain and specially menstrual pain. I was very excited to find out they have introduced New Shoola Migraine & Headache Relief Stick. Since then it has always been my to go pain reliever in the handbag. Coming with a decent and portable size, I can take it anywhere and it's allowed in the travel kit when I fly too. You just have to open the stick and apply on to your forehead and temples by itself followed by a gentle massage. Believe me you will feel a lot better! I highly recommend Shoola Migraine & Headache Relief Stick specially since my kids can also use it.

This didn't do much for my migraine pain. The smell is nice, and will keep using for added comfort when I have a migraine.

UPDATE: Although these aren’t normally available for refund after my complaint - I did receive a refund so great customer service. I have used the good one several times as I am going through a cluster headache/migraine episode. The use of this along with a heated headache cap seems to help most of the time.One of the sticks was damaged when received. It isn’t usable at all.
