This is not gel pack, this is water based pack. Incorrect description given,
This is not gel pack, this is water based pack. Incorrect description given, gel pack will be soft even after freezing it, and than can be used at affected part properly, but this is water pack which gets very hard after freezing it, so not suitable for use. Don't order if you want gel based pack.
