Great charger
Been charging 18650 INR and ICR batteries with it. It works great and always charges the batteries to 4.2V. It's USB powered so I can use it with a variety of power sources.

Update: The product is great the Customer Service is even better.
Update:Had an issue with the output function. I reached out to the product support and I was very surprised at how professional is their customer service. Issue was resolved. Basically the output function works on 3.7v battery. Now I am can charge my smartphone. If you are looking for a USB battery charger this is the one. I like this product very much.1) The charger is well built. Its made of a sturdy plastic and metal parts.2) The springs on the battery bay are strong so it can fit any size of battery and it makes sure the batteries are properly secured. I use AA batteries and it fits perfectly.3) Each battery bay has its own light indicator and it works independently.4) It charges my AA batteries quickly. As advertised, from home wall charger I get 2 Amps. On a solar panel depending on the sun and the angle of my panel i get anywhere from 1.3 -1.68 Amps. Standard USB battery chargers are rated only 1 Amp.5) A very nice battery indicator with light indicator and percentage. Very useful.6) For the price of under $20 its a bargain. It can charge your batteries quickly. It can charge up to 4 batteries at a time. (Each battery bay are independent so it does not give you a false reading).7) The only issue I have is the output function. According to the seller the output function only works with LI-ION BATTERY THAT IS 3.7v. For example LI-ION 18650 batter. Regular AA battery are only 1.5v so it will not work.In summary, I give 4 out of 5 stars. Its worth mentioning that the customer service is very professional. It was hassle-free, they answered all my inquiries. Next step is to get a LI-ION battery and test the output function.

Decent design and size and it charges many batteries but solar?
thought from description it was designed to accept connection to a portable solar panel having usb output but unit paperwork has zero mention of solar panel compatibility and since each cell bank is rated at minimum of 500mAh, then 4 AA (for example) needs input of 2 amps from a solar panel to operate and I don't know if occasional shading or interruption of sunlight will throw the unit into confusion or damage. Dosen't mention any smoothing circuts or capacitor banking to protect charging circuit. Works fine on table, but 4@500mAh is mininum and you can program rate to 700mAh for example but how many usb supplies are rated 4-5 amp output? Don't appreciate misinformation and dislike deception even more. Its a decent enough home charger but that may be all it is.

Litokala 402
As usual, I find all good products by searching YouTube. What I like about this Litokala charger, is that you can use this with any portable Solar Panel Charger with USB outputs. YES!! Which is AWESOME!! Most other brands you have to plug it in the wall outlet. I mainly use it to recharge my lithium18650's, AA,AAA or any rechargeable batteries with the portable Solar Charger. It comes with the 4 bay rechargeable charger and a USB to Micro C cable. Also found out, with one charged 18650 battery in the 2A slot, you can use it as a charger for your phone!?! GREAT!! Charge by day, use the the batteries at night. So, if the power goes out... you'll be ready!! no problemo!! I definitely would recommend this if you use rechargeable batteries and have a portable Solar Charger.Edit: 1/12/21Awesome! Here's some pics to show it works. Go solar! Ravpower 24W 3-port outdoor charger and LittoKala 4 bay in action! Highly recommended 👍

Occasionally leaves batteries uncharged
Often stops charging a battery while it is still low voltage, and display the full light bar on that slot, as if the battery is fully charged. I suspect this happens if the supplied amperage is not enough. The thing is, this battery chargers is getting power from a USB charger, and as is often the case, USB chargers do not provide the strong current they claim to do. However, I found a USB charger with stable output current, and the results are inconsistent. Sometimes batteries are fully charged, sometimes one, two or even three slots refuse to charge.

DO NOT BUY! LiitoKala Lii-402
Within 2 days, this DANGEROUS product COMPLETELY fried 3 batteries bought a week beofore this arrived and also destroyed a 100 dollar electronic of mine. And I am 100% sure it’s this charger not the batteries because they charge perfectly in my other charger (bought this for a vacation and needed a portable one)Day one: I used this charger for the first time, I went to remove a battery that hadn’t even been on the charger 10 seconds and sparks started shooting out and created a disgusting burning smell. No visible damage. Put the battery in a vape I’ve had for 2 years no issue…as soon as the battery was put it in the device I smelled burning plastic. Ripped it out. The battery must have carried a charge or whatever because it BURNT and broke the metal part it touches in the compartment.Day two: Unplugged the entire device, even completely removed the usb cord. Packed it in the car to go on vacation. Fast forward a couple hours, went to go get new batteries and noticed a slimy substance all over 2 batteries still sitting on the dock. Barely touched it and again sparks everywhere! But this time, after the the sparks stopped flying the batteries BURNT to touch. Noticed the heads all burnt and bubbled. Looked at the actual charger and noticed all the burns on there as well.I am EXTREMELY lucky that over the course of 2 days I’ve had battery acid leaked all over me WHILE sparks are flying, and that my car didn’t catch on fire while the charger was packed away. This product shouldn’t even be on the market.-5 stars.
