This is helping my back and posture. I cannot tolerate the recommended 15 minutes and will need to build up to that but saw results and relief fast. I plan to fold up and take on vacation to counteract a long flight.

I think I like it. There it something particularly restful about lying down on the arch to help unkink my back. I’m not sure about it for pain relief yet, but in my life more pain = more tired, so the fact that I feel rested after a few minutes probably means it’s been kind to my back.It assembles easily enough if you follow the instructions on the back — at least the main two pieces. I haven’t quite figured out the point of the narrow squishy bits. That said, it does requires sturdy hands and kneeling on it to hold it still. I would be concerned about giving this to someone with hand issues and or arm issues.

I have EDS and am hypermobile so I am constantly stretching in weird positions and using odd devices to try and relax muscles and tendons into a good position. I unfortunately found this device to be slightly underwhelming because it does not adjust to a curve that I feel would benefit my spine or provide release.

This back stretcher served me a few purposes - When moving the panel to create the biggest curve, I can crack my back super easily just by laying on it. I also always sit at the edge of my chair which causes my back to naturally bend and have bad posture so leaving this back stretcher on my chair and using it as a lumbar support gave my back something to lean on. I found it to really support my lower back and prevented it from bending it as much. It is a bit hard even with the softer padding but it's not really an issue. Moving the panel from Level 1 to 4 or vice versa does require a bit of strength because it's very stiff but once moved to place, it doesn't move at all. It's a very high quality piece of plastic and when used for back support or alignment, it'll definitely do the job.

I don’t love this back stretcher. It’s a little long for my torso, and it hurts to lay on it for more than just a few minutes. It’s hard plastic and not that easy to adjust the height. However, I do get temporary relief from my lower back pain after I use it. It comes with a couple of different middle pieces to use depending on your needs. I’m still working up to the recommended 15 minutes, but it’s a slow process. I’d like to try something softer or perhaps a foam product next time.
