Decent wheels however the Velcro holding the dog in is weak and my dog kept breaking out of it and she ended up stuck several times in weird positions because how weak the straps are......with a product this important for the mobility of animals you'd think they test it better. The wheels worked well in dirt and uneven surfaces just have a plan for the straps to secure your animal. Also it takes two people to place a medium size dog into it....one to hold the dog up while another person placed the dogs legs correctly in the holes. Not easy to use for one person. My daughter and I had to partner up every morning to put our animal n it.

After measuring my dog TWICE, it did not fit her.

There should be 2 screws to assemble the bracket I only got one. Look at picture number 3

They leave a card in the product that has an email address to contact them in case of any issues but when I email them they do not respond! Terrible customer service. Not happy with this product please save time and money and purchase from a different seller !!

I only gave it a three star because my dog didn’t like it. I have a small chihuahua and it was hard to get the sizing right for her small frame. So I have to figure something else out for her.

It comes with a card saying reach out if any issues and i did several times with no response. I got the size recommended and even has a Frenchie in the pic but the harness is too tight. Reached out to customer service but got no reply so we tried to just use it. Like someone previously stated, the velcro does not hold up. After a few wears my dog would bust out. I'm sure partly bc it was snug on our dog but also it should have a better way to secure it instead of velcro.
