Needs Fluffing
This pillow came vacuum packed and needed to be fluffed in the dryer on delicate for 10 minutes to get in shape.

Not as pictured
I don’t see this fluffing up to be as pictured, it has been unpacked for about 6 hours and haven’t noticed any change. Definitely not the firm shape seen in the listing. Will be returned.

Flat and wrinkled!
Product came vacuum packed and was flat an wrinkled. Looks nothing like advertised picture even after sitting out for two days

Not quite as expected, but not terrible
This pillow, which was vacuum packed into 3 very tight bags, looked sad and floppy when I originally opened it. I tossed it into the back of my car and forgot about it for a few days, and when I finally brought it inside, it had filled out pretty nicely.The listing photo made it look shorter than it actually was/like the proportions were different than it actually is, but it's actually pretty long, and longer than I need. I'll probably cut the outside shell (which is removable for easy washing!) and shorten it a little bit to make it fit my sofa better.It's firm enough as it is, and definitely helps my legs fit better in my deep sofa seat. I like the darker blue color, which is more of a medium blue.
