We're planning a big trip later this year and I wanted to find some nice black pants that met the balance between being relatively lightweight, easy to maintain, and still sturdy enough for travel. I was pleasantly surprised that these pants ("trousers" for my friends in other parts of the world) were well made, fit well, and were priced right.

I purchased these pants for work. They are good quality and fit me well. Affordable, too! Highly recommend!

Sizing was as advertised, esp. in length. The waist has a bit of stretch to it, which helps ensure a good fit. Very presentable and relaxed!

All of my son’s pants are 30x30. I ordered him a 30x31 in these pants. The waist was so tight on him. They fit more like a 29 in the waist. He had to go ahead and wear them to an event so I can’t return them but I will definitely not buy this brand again.

Amazon Essentials garments have not disappointed me yet in the jeans and t-shirts categories. They are well made, durable materials, good fit. I spent a considerable amount of time in the hospital a year ago, and after I got back to a normal life, I had lost over 80 pounds and gone from 4XL to 2XL, 46 waist to 38. I resolved to NEVER regain that weight, which meant a new wardrobe! After doing some shopping around, I realized that nobody else came close to AE in Ts and jeans and since I am now retired and have no need of semi/formal clothes, I am set. I did have to buy new belts and hats - my head is actually smaller now! And Goodwill came out pretty good on the whole deal too!

Lightweight. Shipping wrinkles go away after first wash. True to size listed and no shrinkage after first wash. Soft and comfortable and back rides high enough so sitting issues are not a problem.

I appreciate answers to my question I had concerning the waist size of these pants. by Amazon customers who also had also bought these pants. The Waist is size fairly accurate. It is slightly on the more generous size. I wear a size 38 and the waist required I wear a belt pulled in about 11/2 inch with a light shirt on. With a heavy winter shirt (and undershirt on) The waist was just about right with a belt pulled in just snug. Very comfortable and perfect for work especially fine with suspenders . The length was all wrong. The 29 inch length was about 30 1/2 way too long. both pair I bought were about the same in length. That did not matter because Usually have my pants shortened depending where i use them.( I.E: like them shorter if working in a wet area, lot of snow to clear. etc. )

I bought this pair as they looked good in the photos.I could not be happier with that decision. These pants fit well, very comfortable and stylish. The pants material are very durable and very resistant..I could not be more surprised with this purchase. As a matter of fact..im buying again in a different color.

Pants are nice looking casual

Compré 3 colores: negro, añil y gris, este último es el que tiene un color menos vistoso. La tela al tacto es suave, al vestirlo se siente ligera, muy cómoda. La talla es justa, mide tu cintura y pide la correcta, no más grande ni más pequeña. El corte es clásico, sin ser demasiado holgado, se ve casual o semiformal, depende que uses en la parte superior. Al caminar con el, se siente fresco, nada pesado. Al sentarte, hay suficiente espacio para no sentir como se adhiere o se estira. Si te gusta usar pantalones skinny, este pantalón no es para ti. El precio es excelente, adquieres una prenda de muy buena calidad, con la que estarás cómodo todo el día.
